We designed large format location signage to further promote their brand, services and future developments.

Location Sign Series
We developed a series of outdoor signs that were placed near Homes by Element projects to attract the interest of potential customers in nearby locations. The signs featured an image of one of the company’s homes and the tagline “Uniquely yours, completely element. Build your custom home here.” To keep the focus on the vivid imagery and follow best practices for large-format signage, we kept the call to action simple and included a QR code that directed to the company’s website.

Branded Location Signage
We created other branded location signage for specific Homes by Element sites to draw the attention of passers-by. These signs were placed in empty lots in new or existing high-end neighbourhoods where custom homes could be built. The signs also reinforced brand recognition in areas of future construction of a custom Element home.
